Since 1893, Mt. Zion Lutheran Church has been a familiar, reassuring presence to the people in and around Catawba County. Initially a congregation of farmers, brick masons, and builders, Mt. Zion has grown to serve a robust population throughout the Unifour area of western North Carolina, embracing their desire to know and serve God through a personal relationship with Christ. We invite all people seeking a church home to visit with us, speak with us, worship with us, and grow in grace as we open ourselves to God's will, both as individuals and as a mission-oriented congregation.
